Mary Pogue

Services for Mary Dale Osborn Pogue, 74, of Alba, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at KJV Lighthouse Baptist Church, Alba, with Bro. Jim Parker officiating under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.

Interment will follow in Enon Cemetery, Alba.

Mrs. Pogue passed away December 11, 2021, at her residence in Alba. She was born January 21, 1947, in Alba to Dale Boyce and Doris Galyean Osborn. On July 25, 1963, she married Don Pogue in Alba. Mary lived all her life in Alba and was a member of KJV Lighthouse Baptist Church, Alba. She loved playing the piano and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Rhondie Huddleston.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Don Pogue of Alba; son, Jerry Pogue and wife Terri of Alba; brother, Jim Osborn and wife Lois of Alba; sister, Marthie George and husband Byron of Alba; five grandchildren, Joshua Pogue, Daniel Pogue, Tifani Pogue, Summer Reyes and Sammye Huddleston; four great-grandchildren, Luke, Chase, Anastasia, and Elaina Mary; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Pogue, Daniel Pogue, Eric George, Bubba Peebles, Gilley Poston, and Jason Osborn.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ryan Reyes, James Pogue, Paul Pogue, Mark Osborn, Terry Galyean, and Robby Huddleston.

The family will receive friends, 10 a.m., Wednesday, at the church.
