Don Pugh

Don Roy Pugh, 73, of Alba went home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2021, in Tyler, Tx. He was born September 5, 1947, in Dallas, Texas, to Aubrey and Ruby Rogers Pugh of Garland, Tx. Don was a gifted musician and played in a band shortly after high school, as well as playing the base guitar at his church. He worked in the HVAC field for 20 years until he became disabled in 1989. He loved to fish and all things outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents, twin brother Donald Pugh, brother Kenneth Pugh, and nephew Danny Pugh.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Judith Ann Allen Pugh of Alba, daughter Cindy Henson and husband Chris of Alba, sons Charles Pugh and wife Maevine of McKinney, David Pugh and wife Jana of Malakoff, niece Jana L Pugh, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date and time.
