Services for Danny Lee "Beaver" Ray, 56, Hawkins, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2015, at Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline, with Bro. nie Herring and Sis. Delana Wheeler officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mr. Ray passed away November 20, 2015, in Tyler. He was born February 5, 1959, in Japan, to George & Jean Ray. He spent most of his life in Grand Saline before moving to Hawkins 11 years ago. He was a member of Riverside Mission Church. Mr. Ray was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Donald Ray.
Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Linda Ray of Hawkins; two sons, Jonathan Ray of Savannah, GA and Tim Ray of Elkhart; daughter, Doris Ray of Hawkins; two brothers, George Ray of Utah and Freddy Canady of Dallas; sisters, Diane Siegmund of Myrtle Beach, SC; four grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
