Anita Wilkins Riggle
Services for Mrs. Anita Wilkins Riggle, 64 of Arlington, are scheduled for 1 p.m., Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline with Pastor Robert Kennedy officiating.
Burial will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery, Alba.
Mrs. Riggle passed away October 14, 2011 at her home in Arlington. She was born April 19, 1947 in Waco to George & Juanita Wooten Wilkins. She spent her early years in Waco and the last 32 in Arlington. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Waco and worked as an accountant for American Airlines “Sky Chef.” She was the family historian and photographer and was an avid Texas Ranger, Dallas Cowboy and Baylor Bear fan.
Survivors include her husband, George Riggle of Arlington; parents, George & Juanita Wilkins of Waco; son & daughter-in-law, George “Eric” & Melissa Riggle of Irving, daughters & sons-in-law, Kelli Lynne & Dwayne Watson of Forney, Stephanie Rae & Rick Cobb of Grand Prairie, Tricia Gayle Cox of Forney; sister and brother-in-law, Susan Mills & Barry Bruff of Lucas; seven grandchildren, Blake Riggle, Courtney Riggle, Rodney Doggett, Zachary Cox, Cody Cox, Jake Watson and Jaycee Watson; and great-grandchild, Raycee Doggett; niece, Deanna Adams; four nephews, Scott Mills & wife Betsy, Anthony Mills and wife Janette, Andrew Bruff and Daniel Bruff; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Watson, Eric Riggle, Daniel Bruff, Blake Riggle, Kurtis Riggle and Andrew Bruff.
Honorary pallbearer will be Sgt. Anthony Mills.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
