Services for Louise Savage, 82 of Fruitvale, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Homer Morgan officiating.
Interment will be in Creagleville Cemetery.
Mrs. Savage passed away February 13, 2013 in Grand Saline. She was born April 29, 1930 in Athens to Snode Irvin & Hazel Gilbert Alexander. She spent all of her life in Grand Saline and Fruitvale. She was a member of Roundflat Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Jefferson Savage; infant son, Ronald Savage, daughter, Cynthia Ann Savage, son, Gary Don Savage; brother, Russell Alexander; and sister, Betty Harris.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn & Mildred Savage of Wills Point and Delbert & Wendy Savage of Grand Saline; three daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry & Walter Williams of Fruitvale, Melissa "Missy" & David Smith of Grand Saline and Trish Savage of Fruitvale; four brothers, Billy Alexander of Edgewood, Doyle Alexander of Lake Tawakoni, Carrol Alexander of Grand Saline and Gerald Alexander of Grand Saline; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Josh Williams, Blake Smith, Cody Denton, Teddy Wyche, Edwin Savage and Brylee Williams.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
