ALBA – Services for Ronald Glen Scott, 71, of Alba, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015, at First Baptist Church of Alba with Bro. Kelly Burton officiating.
Burial will be in Enon Cemetery, Alba, under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.
Ronnie passed away Monday, March 30, 2015, at his residence.
He was born August 23, 1943, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, to the late Lawrence Edmond and Julia Belle Walters Scott, and had lived in the Alba area since 1977. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Alba.
Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Louis Edmond and Elaine Scott of Alba; 2 nieces and 2 nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers are Dwayne McCormack, Max Robinson, John Margos, Mike Humphries, Daymon Wallace, and Carol Kelly. Honorary Pallbearer is Keith Blair.
Family visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday.
Memorials may be made to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church, 219 E. Holley St., Alba, TX 75410.
