Bobby Shaw

Services for Mr. Bobby Royce Shaw, 70, of Canton, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, April 5, 2024, at Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline, with Bro. Homer Morgan officiating.

Interment will be in Creagleville Cemetery.

Mr. Shaw passed away March 30, 2024, at his home. He was born January 13, 1954, in Kaufman Co. to Thomas William & Vergie Lucille Jones Shaw. He grew up in Kaufman, where he graduated from Kaufman High School, Class of 1972. He had lived in Canton the last few years.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, J.C. Shaw.

Survivors include his son, Chris Shaw and wife Kasie of Wills Point; daughter, Candice Eads of Kemp; brother, W.T. Shaw and wife Patricia of Kaufman; two sisters, Jean Thompson, and Lila Oats and husband Ron of Elmo; four grandchildren, Colby Shaw and wife Kelsey, Kortnie Melton and husband Chance, Kylie Shaw, and Gracie Jo; one great-grandchild, Waylen Shaw; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Colby Shaw, Chance Melton, Josh Willingham, David Chandler, Kenny Herrin, and Samuel Villegas.

The family will receive friends 9 a.m., Friday, April 5, 2024, at the funeral home.
