Ernest Spears

Mr. Ernest Austin Spears, 83, of Grand Saline, passed away January 10, 2014 in a Tyler hospice facility. He was born April 18, 1930 in Palestine to E.E. & Fannie Lou Allen Spears. Mr. Spears served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a warehouse manager for a truck/trailer parts company. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and son, Mark Spears.
Survivors include his son, Matthew Spears of Tyler; six grandchildren, Mark Allen Spears, Andrew Spears, Blake Spears, Kory Smith, Austin Moore and Brooke Moore; and five great-grandchildren.
