Sue Nell Landaverde-Lopez (Tippett)

Graveside services for Sue Nell Tippett Landaverde-Lopez, 66, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Creagleville Cemetery, with Bro. Donnie Herring officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.

Sue passed away August 20, 2026, in Tyler. She was born December 21, 1959, in Grand Saline, to Ted and Sudie Mae Harris Tippett. She was a lifelong resident of Grand Saline and attended church at the Nazarene Chapel. Sue enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Costantino Landaverde; and her brother, William Tippett.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Rocael Lopez of Grand Saline; daughter, Maria Serrano and husband Mario of Grand Saline; two granddaughters, Alma Tamayo and Selena Vasquez and husband Melvin all of Grand Saline; two great-grandchildren, Leilani Vasquez and Gionni Vasquez; sister, Molly Tippett; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the cemetery.
