Graveside services for Travis Edward Sweeden, 66, of Sulphur Springs, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at Salem Cemetery, with Bro. Byron George officiating under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.
Mr. Sweeden passed away October 31, 2020, in Sulphur Springs. He was born April 19, 1954, in Alba, to William Earnie and Mae Ellen Hill Sweeden, Sr. Travis is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Henry Lee Sweeden, Aubrey Lee Sweeden, and Jessie Sweeden; two sisters, Carolyn June Sweeden and Melba Louise Sweeden.
Survivors include two brothers, William Earnie Sweeden, Jr., of Columbus, Georgia, and Ferrell Franklin Sweeden and wife Mary Jo of Arlington; three sisters, Sherry Pace of Alba, Linda Mae Phillips and husband James of Alba, and Beverly Kay Phillips and husband Jimmy of Alba; sister-in-law, Ginger Sweeden of Alba; and numerous other relatives and friends.
