Services for Wanza Louette "Nana" Tanner, 75 of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Friday, November 30, 2012 at Bartley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wanza Louette Tanner passed away November 27, 2012 at her home in Grand Saline. She was born August 5, 1937 in Frankston to Sydney & Alma Naomi McNeil Warrington. She spent most of her life in Kaufman and many years in Gladewater before moving to Grand Saline a few months ago. She was Baptist and had worked as a waitress. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Shirley Tanner; son, Zeke Butch Barger; daughter, Inda Lea Gregory; and great-grandchild, Jailynn Anderson.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Estel Allen & Tina Cabbage of Smiths Grove, Kentucky; daughter & son-in-law, Carol Jean & Steve Carrizales of Edgewood; sister, Barbara Ann Cook of Gladewater; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Friday.
