Graveside services for Dorisa Lee Wheeler, 68 of Longview, are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Starr Cemetery with Bro. Mark Winskie officiating under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Ms. Wheeler was born May 17, 1943 in Grand Saline to Harry Levi & Irene Prestridge Wheeler. She passed away December 29, 2011 in Longview. She spent most of her life in Grand Saline where she attended Central Pentecostal Church. While living in Longview, she attended the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Billie Jane Lawson; and brother, Jacky Don Wheeler.
Survivors include her brothers, Sammy Wheeler of Grand Saline, Roger Allen Wheeler of Temple, Ricky Lee Wheeler of Denton, Bobby Joe Wheeler of Harlton; sister, Jacqueline Kay Wheeler of College Station; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
