Clarence Williams

Graveside services for Clarence Ferrell Williams, 78, of Tyler, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Alba, with Bro. Robert Stovall officiating under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.

Mr. Williams passed away April 16, 2022, in Tyler. He was born November 10, 1943, in Alba, to J.C. and Mary Jane Lynch Williams. In June of 1979, he married Francis Leona Smith in Gilmer. He served in the United States Army and retired from Tyler Pipe, after 42 years of service. Clarence lived in Alba, before moving to Tyler 42 years ago. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Pete Williams; and sister, Ruth Anthony.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Francis Williams of Tyler; three sisters, Lois Sanders of Ft. Worth, Dorothy Gonzales and husband Henry of Whitehouse; and Barbara Meagley of Gilmer; and numerous other relatives and friends.
