Services for Eunice Neal Williams, 84, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 1 p.m., Friday, February 5, 2016, at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. James Massey officiating.
Interment will follow in Woodside Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams passed away February 3, 2016, in Grand Saline. She was born February 6, 1931, in Grand Saline, to William Arthur & Maudie Laura Woodall Neal. She spent a majority of her life in Grand Saline. She married Leonard Williams in 1950 and they moved their family to Mesquite for some years where she worked at Resistal Hat Factory for about 15 years. She was a charter member of Bible Baptist Church in Grand Saline. She was an excellent seamstress and her favorite memory of working was when she helped make hats for Dan Blocker "Hoss Cartwright". She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard Williams; her first born child, Catherine Marie; three brothers, Bill Neal, Ed Neal and Pete Neal; and sister, Dorothy Cox.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Clarence & Linda Williams of Grand Saline; daughter, Marsha Chennault of Grand Saline; sister, Eva Nell Williams of Grand Saline; four grandchildren, Kim Fowler, Danny Chennault, Christina David and Michele Steltzlen; eight great-grandchildren, Taylor, Lance, Katelyn, Delaney, Makayla, Shelby, Jerrod Jr. and Anna; one great-great-grandchild, Hadley; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Donald Williams, Bobby David, Greg Gothard, Jackie Williams, Jerrod Steltzlen, Michael Williams and Tommy Williams.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
