Services for Mr. Ray Willingham, 53 of Fruitvale, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Roundflat Pentecostal Church with Bro. Homer Morgan and J.C. Willingham officiating.
Interment will follow in Creagleville Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.
Mr. Willingham passed away November 6, 2011 in a Tyler hospice facility. He was born October 20, 1958 in Dallas to Charles & Lillian Byram Willingham. He spent most of his life in Mesquite before moving to Fruitvale in 2000. He was a member of Roundflat Pentecostal Church. He worked as an electrician and had also been a police officer. Ray was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Willingham of Fruitvale; son, Josh Willingham and Linda McMillan of Grand Saline; daughter, Kasie & Chris Shaw of Canton; two brothers, Gary & Kim Willingham of Terrell and Chris Willingham of Mesquite; sisters, Sandi Marshall of Mesquite, Annette Middleton of Mesquite and Cindy Mitchell of New Mexico; three grandchildren, Colby, Kortnie and Kylie Shaw; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Gary Willingham, Chris Willingham, Christopher Mays, Steve Byram, Guy Swindell and Bradley Willingham.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
