Services for Eva Mae Wynn, 94, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2 p.m., Monday, August 7, 2023, at Main Street Baptist Church, with Bro. Eddie Paul Stanley officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Willow Springs Cemetery, Emory.
Mrs. Wynn passed away August 4, 2023, in Grand Saline. She was born June 19, 1929, in Fruitvale to Murphey & Cecil Stanley Graves. Eva Mae spent her early years in Rains County, where she attended Willow Springs School; a few years in Dallas and most of her life in Van Zandt County. Eva Mae worked for Morton Foods and was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and their Gleaners Sunday School Class. She enjoyed gardening and loved traveling with the Fun After Fifty-Five (FAFF) group and her friends. Eva Mae was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Pat Wynn.
Survivors include her family, Eddie Paul & Ginny Stanley, Lori Stanley, and the rest of the Stanley family; special friends, Billy & Bobbie Peden, Billy & Doris Duckworth, the “If Group”, her traveling buddies, and her church family. Eva Mae had so many special friends that were like family in her social circle!
Memorials may be made to FAFF at Main Street Baptist Church, 313 N. Main Street, Grand Saline, TX, 75140.
Eva Mae’s friends and family would like to thank Azalea Trails Care Center for their attention and kindness to Eva Mae during her stay with them.
The family will receive friends 1 p.m., Monday, at the church.
