Obituary for Beverley Beckham (Sallee')

Services for Beverley Beckham, 85, of Grand Saline, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21st, 2015, at the First United Methodist Church with Pastor Mark Pedersen and Bro. Jon Clark officiating.
Interment will follow in Woodside Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home.
Beverley Ann Beckham passed away October 18, 2015, at her home in Grand Saline. She was born March 16, 1930 in Edmond, Oklahoma to T. C. Salleé Jr. & Vera Thompson Salleé.
Beverley spent her early years in Pecos and Breckenridge before moving to Grand Saline 33 years ago. She worked at 1st National Bank for 20 years, worked part time for Citizens National Bank and eventually retired from Austin Bank. She was a member of First United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Pairs & Spares Sunday School Class and served on various committees at the church. She also enjoyed the Fun After 55 group at Main Street Baptist Church. Beverley was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 51 years, Fred Beckham; sister, Shirley Mae Clark; and brother, Earnest L. Grant.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Michael E. & Patricia Beckham of McKinney; daughters and son-in-law, Patti Lynn Beckham of Weatherford, and Connie Reneé & Frank Lott of Aubrey; sister, Ruby Faye Deininger of San Antonio; 5 grandchildren, Cameron Michael Beckham, Mary Catherine Salleé Beckham, Bradley Jason Hargrove, Salleé Ann Clark, and Abby Reneé Morton; 4 great-grandchildren, Hunter Kyle Clark, Kaley Estelle Beckham, Katelyn Patricia Beckham, and Ashley Lynne Hargrove; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 501 N. Main Street, Grand Saline, TX 75140, Texas Oncology, c/o Dr. Vokelja, 910 E. Houston, Suite 100, Tyler, TX 75702, or Fitsteps for Life (www.cancerfoundationforlife.org).
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at the funeral home.
